Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time depending on the design and order size.

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Telishious Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
